At dawn on October 20, 2018, extreme athlete Niklas Winter crossed a slackline between two hot air balloons and made history. This unique stunt is the centerpiece of the official campaign film for the Deutschlandjahr, which took place in the USA in 2018/2019.

Together with our friends at ONE INCH DREAMS, we produced this iconic story of a (sometimes shaky) friendship between the two nations. Filming for GOETHE INSTITUTE and their WONDERBAR TOGETHER campaign took place in October 2018 in Monument Valley, Utah.
